Turab HV Herbals Private Limited is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Corner of Modi Lane 3, Malaviya Road, Sitabuldi, Nagpur, and Factory at Plot No. A/1&2, Maheshnagar, Shantinagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra, INDIA.

Incorporation:

The Company was incorporated on 1st December 1994 and commenced production in the same year.

Promoters:

The promoters of the Company are in the business of Homeopathic Medicines and Herbal products since 1946. They are the pioneers of Homeopathic medicines in Central India. They were the first importers of German Medicines in Central India and are at present one of the largest stockists and distributors of Homeopathic and Herbal health products in Maharashtra.

During 1994 they formulated and developed a first of its kind herbal cosmetic soap under the brand name of Carmino. Over the years, after extensive R & D, new products were developed in the range of Carmino products. At present the Company is manufacturing different range of toilet soaps, shampoos, creams, hair oils and petroleum jelly.

Manufacturing Unit & Production:

Cosmetic Division:

The Company’s Manufacturing unit is situated at Plot No. A1 & 2, Mahesh Nagar, Shantinagar, Nagpur, India. Nagpur being located in the center of the country it has tremendous distribution advantage all over the Country being well connected by road and railway network. More over with recent announcement of the Government of sanctioning additional land to the Nagpur Airport for the proposed international cargo Hub. With this development, Nagpur will also be connected with the World. The Company already has its existing distribution network.

Globules Division:

The Company has recently commenced production of Sulphurless Non-Medicated Globules in all sizes made from sugar which is fefined by Defeco Re-melt Phospho-Floatation Process. By this process the sugar manufactured is of international grade, sparkling white in colour, with zero sulphur content and high keeping quality shelf life.

With the use of such superior quality of raw material, the globules manufactured by us are brilliant white in colour, free from sulphur and have excellent absoption capacity, The globules are also uniform in shape and size than others available in the market.

The Company is duly registered as small scales Industry with the Directorate of Industries vide registration No. 111420177 dated 9-10-1997

Licenses :

The Company has valid Pollution control certificate No. NRO/Nagpur/E-25, Manufacturing licenses No. ND/C/36 from the Food & Drug Administration and from No. HO/PRO-NOC/244/CC the Nagpur Muncipal Corporation.

Sales Tax :

The Company is duly registered under the Central Sales Tax Act vide No. 440012/C/926 and under the Bombay Sales Tax Act vide No. 440012/S/1320

Manufacturing Capacities :

Cosmetic Division :

The Company has an installed capacity of 1.5 MT per shift for formulating and manufacturing of toilet Soaps. The Company has the required sanctioned power supply and adequate water supply. The Company has well qualified technical personnel looking after the production and functioning of the factory.
The Company is presently supplying toilet soaps, shampoo and moisturizing

The Company has an installed capacity of 1000 Kg. Per month for manufacturing globules. The Company has well qualified technical personals looking after this division.

The Company is presently supplying globules to leading Homeopathic Practitioners and Pharmacies and in in the process of exporting the same of South Eastern division.

The Company with in its group also deals in Homoeopathic medicines manufactured by leading Indian Manufacturers and has infrastructure for executing export supplies.
